Pros: All very easy to collect and return, nice car, pleasant staff.

Cons: All very good service other than having to wait at the airport for nearly half an hr for the transport to arrive. They also charge you an extra €15 to get it cleaned (or you have to prove you have had it cleaned), which they don't tell you about before, but other than these two points I would use this company again. Overall good experience

Pros: Good service and live help during the trip

Cons: Windshield wasn’t clean from the inside making somewhat unsafe riding with a front sun, especially with the tight cornering on many Azores roads where you need to have good vision.

Pros: Very helpful staff. We had to change the car half way through our stay on São Miguel and then extend the rental. We had received great customer support.

Cons: We couldn’t work out where to go to get collected to be taken to the car rental place so we had to make a few calls to the provider for clarity.

Pros: Kindness of representative and patience when we realised our mistake when booking the car.

Cons: Their system could allow the representatives and customers more flexibilities on topic: the one who booked the car/payed has to be the original driver..which makes no sense for me and we had quite some challanges to finalise the booking at reception.

Pros: Most of their employees were kind and helped to the best of their ability.

Cons: The car was not ready for pickup until 6 hours after the start of my rental agreement. The manager (Christine) refused to reimburse us for this delay. Necessary maintenance had not been completed and there were alert lights on for the duration of the trip. There was also an ant infestation in the car which we decided to just live with since it was so difficult to even get the car from them in the first place. Would definitely not recommend booking with this company.
