Pros: It was cheap (compared with other providers - not actually cheap compared with previous years' car rentals) and the car was the same model as advertised

Cons: They were incredibly slow about checking and receiving the car back at the end of the rental period, and it made checking into the airport and bag drop more stressful as our contingency time had been consumed by waiting in an incredibly hot car park while nobody came
