Pros: Efficient system

Cons: Only downside was size of luggage space supposed to fit two suitcases in boot but only one fair sized suitcase fit

Pros: Value of service, quality car and ease of pickup from airport . Eric was efficient and courteous on drop-off and would use Alamo again.

Cons: Not specifically Alamo but the total lack of rental signs back into the airport made finding the rental entry into the car-park difficult. Ending up driving through a bus lane which is not ideal to reach car park.
