Cons: It’s really sad. If a vendor insists on cash, don’t do it — even if they offer a discount. I have insisted to pay by credit card since the very beginning but they convinced me to pay cash . Then I paid , then got called back and told they couldn’t accept it, they made a mistake. They asked for a credit card, but pretended the machine didn’t work, and demanded full payment in cash. It was such a ridiculous scam to watch unfold.

Pros: They were very quick with pick up. They told me to get there early for drop off and when I got there, no one was there and he had to send a friend to come get the car. But still ok.

Cons: The AC in our car didn’t work and we have a baby so we made sure to rent a car with AC. We contacted the guy on WhatsApp several times about the broken AC and he completely ignored our messages.

Pros: I never dealt with yours. It was some company called Fornax and the agent was very stressed out and aggressive. When I arrived, he told me that my car would not be available because it had been in a small accident and they didn’t have another available vehicle. Then his boss appeared and assured me they would have a car soon which they did. The supervisor was much more agreeable than the agent.

Cons: The first car was really old but hardly any gas in it. Return it the same way but that’s not easy right. How much gas is enough. I prefer full tank delivery. The replacement car had al sandy floormats and again an almost empty tank.

Pros: Old car with a lot of car signals lightened on the dashboard (tires, check engine, etc.). Plenty of scratches/damages throughout and the overall cleanliness wasn't on top too. A/C not really efficient) and the car made a lot of noises.. It was a tear down car.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 985.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 73 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
