Yours Car Rental at Milos Port

Cons: J'apprends la veille pour le lendemain qu'ils n'ont pas d'agence en local. Résultat impossible de trouver l'agent le jour de réservation, n'ayant pas accès à ma messagerie. Etat des lieux fait succintement par l'agent à la remise des clés et ose nous mettre en cause sur l'état de la carrosserie au retour, alors que le véhicule présentait beaucoup rayures et anomalies.

Cons: Our ferry was a bit late so I contacted the company (Yours Car Rental Milos) to let them know and ask them to wait for us as we would arrive about 5 minutes after their closing time. They said too bad they close at 9pm. I still went to the office and the guy was still there but had turned all the lights off. He accepted to give us the car if we paid a « late fee » of 30 euros, in cash, and the guy took it and put it in his wallet! We were only 5 minutes late! Very poor customer service.

Pros: Quick, fast, staff was helpful, no problems at all in pick-up and drop-off.

Cons: Car old, with issues to battery; old tyres too. It worked, but it would need a bit more maintenance.

Cons: Multiple Problems with the car. It’s a car that should not be rented to anybody. Multiple light : engine, airbag; gaz was near Empty and was suppose to be 3/8 on contract. Back door doesn’t latch. Problem with the battery, needed to tightened the screw to have power on car: key was missing all the button. Smell diesel like hell in the car. Easily worst car I have rented in my entire life

Cons: The advertised car deposit was 290 euros and that's why we made our decision to rent a car from this company. They charge us 986 euros. It is UNACCEPTABLE and wrong advertising. Also, the attitude of the counter desk people is NOT a business like, and very rude. I showed them the advertising and they said - "We don't' care, our deposit is 986 euros and it is not our problem what you see on Discovercars. com. Needless to say, this a horrible attitude and it damages business.

Cons: We had changed our mind about a second driver but were made to pay anyway. The car was a bit underpowered and struggled with some of the steep hills in Milos.

Pros: The staff were very helpful when we requested to make a change to our reservation upon arrival. They spent time walking through all of the details of the rental process

Pros: Although busy when we arrived we only waited around 15 mins from arriving to driving away in our rental car. Left a 290 euros deposit that was back in my account the next day

Cons: Where to start? First the office is a 10 minute walk from the port and no one meets or greets at ferry terminal. We were left to walk our bags through the town to get to the office. The e car was absolutely horrible. In bad condition. Very dented on one side, broken parts on the dash, radio not working, very dirty/stained seats. The worst part is we had an 8am ferry and their office opens at 8am with no way to drop off earlier for free. They charged extra for an after-hours drop off.

Pros: We made the reservation through DiscoverCars. Everything went very well, car in order. No waiting to pick up or drop off the car. Everything is settled in 2 minutes. The staff is friendly and did not try to add insurance or extras. Excellent price.

Cons: Unprofessional service provider. Very bad condition car. I had to call and complain to them in order to give me a proper car rental

Cons: We received the car in a horrible condition. It was extremely dirty and stinking terribly to start with. It looked like it was never cleaned (trust me, this is not exaggeration). To our surprise, when we were returning the car we were forced to pay 25 euro for cleaning

Cons: I paid $40 for out of hours drop off at 7am, but no one was there. I waited as long as I could, but had to put the key under their front door and leave.

Cons: The car had a lot of miles on it and the remote key entry was missing buttons so we had to use the key feature. The car also coughed and sputtered and didn’t always start first try.

Pros: The attendants were extremely kind and helpful, and ensured we had the right car for our trip. They went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed. Will recommend!

Cons: When we finally found the place we got the car and it was fine. Didn’t check the gas as it was late and we had a long day of travelling to get to milos. Just wanted to find our apartment. No gas in the car, had to walk one km to the gas to get gas as we run out. I filled it up but we only used 1/4 of the gas so..rented a car with an empty tank, returned the car with 3/4 of a tank of gas. I always get a rental car that is full and return it full? Not impressed!!!
