Avance at Milos Port

Pros: Easy and fast pick up and drop off

Cons: Cars were a bit older with a few dinks, but suited to Milos road consitions

Pros: Agents were helpful and quick and they explained anything we needed to know about the car.

Cons: No complaints, just wish we had a white car instead of a black one!

Pros: Everyone was very efficient and friendly. We got given a car in great condition at an excellent price. Highly recommend Avance to others hiring a car in Milos.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: No hassles or attempts to sell me more insurance. Easiest pickup and drop off I have ever experienced. I could have rented the same car from another car rental agency for cheaper but was afraid to use them due to low score on reviews.

Pros: The office is only 1min away from the port!

Cons: The car was not in good shape. The interior was dusty and not clean. The car with big scratches all over it.

Pros: Super helpful and even moved our pick up spot to a different location on the island that we realized was more convenient upon arrival - thanks!

Pros: Very helpful and understanding. A couple of people opened their door onto the car and left a mark. They were very understanding and didn't charge for the marks it left. They were also quick to fix the cars handbrake when I had issues

Pros: Very easy to find the office and the agents were friendly and helpful.

Pros: We were given a car that was not adequate to our needs. The agent swapped it the next day and gave us an upgrade. Excellent service and car provided!

Pros: The car was not filled up with gaz. There was a squeeking sound (maybe the breaks needed cleaning). We got a bigger car than what we reserved. Usually that would be great but on a Milos it was more of a problem.

Pros: Flexible Reliable Quality Advice and guidance

Pros: they were extremely helpful and kind - everything went smooth

Pros: Quick and efficient

Cons: There was what felt like unnecessary deliberation at drop off over a very minor scratch (not even sure it would even be chargeable anyway) that was already on the car at pick up and could be seen in photos.

Cons: Bad car condition and not clean

Pros: Everything OK

Cons: Everything OK

Pros: Efficient, capable, and accommodating.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Good condition near new car, good service. Able to leave bags and sit in customer area of office when ferry delayed.

Cons: All good

Pros: Very friendly people

Pros: Milos Avance (port) should be an example for all rent-a-car. Nice people, helpful, and honest. Another thing I must ad is that they saved our luggage while we waited for the ferry. Congratulations to Avance in the Port of Milos

Pros: Quick and efficient

Pros: Rent from them! Best rental experience I've ever had. Got in and out in under 10minutes and staff was super friendly and professional.

Pros: La serietat i facilitat de contractació

Pros: Front desk was great, gave helpful tips and was very friendly.

Cons: Felt like the car could've been cleaner.

Pros: velice profesionální a vstřícné fungování zaměstnanců

Pros: Pickup and drop off were seamless. We didn’t have to wait to talk to an Associate. The office was super easy to find. The Associate even gave us a recommendation for how much gas we might need to have the attendant put at the gas station - this was SUPER useful since Americans usually measure in gallons instead of liters of gas. The car was just what we needed to get around Milos!

Cons: N/a - they were perfect!

Pros: Efficient pickup and dropoff, good communication, replaced the broken car quickly and without hassle.

Cons: The initial car, Peugeot 301, was very old and in a pretty bad condition, it broke down after half a day. They should really renew the fleet, given the price paid!

Pros: Friendly and professional

Pros: Everything, this was an ideal car rental experience! The office was clean and efficient, the staff were kind and genuine. They made a last minute change to our drop off location that saved us time and money. They didn’t charge for a second driver. They even provided a WhatsApp phone number to reach them at if we had engine trouble…showing how thoughtful they are about foreigners using eSIMs. Beyond 10/10, efharisto!

Pros: Avance car rental Milos!

Cons: The car was perfect for us

Pros: quick pick-up process, didn't try to upsell me anything

Cons: car made some weird noises while driving; there was no one at the counter at the airport when we arrived to return the car.

Pros: Building really close to the port, with a very obvious sign. Clean and fully-functioning car.

Pros: Super fast and very nice people.

Pros: Molto gentili e veloci

Cons: La macchina non era in condizioni ottimali. Sopratutto gomme usurate e i freni fischiavano ad ogni utilizzo.

Cons: No rental agent on site when returning car, nobody answered local rental office phone either

Pros: The representatives were welcoming funny and efficient.

Pros: Excellently run business. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. I wish ALL car rentals were this easy.

Pros: Friendly, efficient, complete, easy to find the office.

Cons: The car hadn't been cleaned, though for me that wasn't a big deal, as I knew we would get the car dirty too. There was a minor problem with the driver's side window too, did not close correctly.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, easy collection

Cons: The car itself was a bit old. Struggled to get up hills in second gear at times! But I guess the price reflects that!

Pros: Ease of being able to pick up at port and drop off at airport and tank was full/returned on full. You also got what you requested. Nice and new car

Cons: The attendant provided us with incorrect documentation at first, making the process even longer when you just want to go.

Pros: A bit pricy but good service and very easy and fast service. No problems. Totally recommend!

Pros: Provided photos of the car before renting it.

Cons: Fuel policy same to same instead of full to full.
