Pros: Everything was incredibly efficient. No wasted time or waiting, either at pick-up or drop-off. We received a fantastic, almost brand-new car that drove perfectly.
Cons: The only downside was that the car could have been cleaned better, both inside and out, when we picked it up.

Pros: Basically nothing. The guy was nice but a bit tired.
Cons: First of all they didn’t have a car ready for me. He said there was no booking in the system but he did finally solve it and gave us another car. Then we got our Opel Corsa. Two days later the car didn’t start. It didn’t turn over, low battery. So we used our other car that day and let this one stand at the house. We got it started the next day and I went to the car rental place to swap cars or get it fixed. Neither was possible and they couldn’t even get us starter cables. No discount either

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 73 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
