Pros: Personal service at the airport was good and transportation back to the airport aswell
Cons: Vehicle had not been serviced and had a warning lamp flashing indicating engine fault - diesel Add blu problem. Manager said someone would switch off the light!! But the car reported max 250km driving. - we had to take the car to the hotel and they came out with a replacement vehicle that evening as agreed - the vehicle was filthy on the outside and had no water in the wiper bottle. It was also a smaller car than the original We received- baggage boot smaller
Cons: Bad communication. No update. Was not provided with the correct vehicle.
Pros: Agent waited at the airport and dropped us at the car rental.
Cons: Delay with car availability during pick-up. The car that we were given (older Hyundai i20) was in rather poor condition, weird noises coming from the car all the time, my assumption is that the issue was with clutch and gearbox. The biggest issue was with putting the 3rd gear in place. After all we somehow managed to use the car for the 4 day rental period not having to waist our time with car replacement.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
