Cons: On booking voucher it said meet and greet. Not sure what does that mean. We had to find Toprent ourselves in building outside main airport terminal that is not that clearly marked. First car given was outdated and scratched up all around. After requesting a swap it was incomparable difference even if in the same class. Felt like if they tried to scam us with first option…

Pros: Easy to pick up

Cons: Sadly my car was a bit "tired". I had to inflate one tyre everyday from the day one. Window viper was just smearing water around, dangerous to drive in a rainy conditions, and it rained half of my trip. Car key was not responsive when I was trying to lock the car. I had to spend significant amount of time everytime locking this car so I could leave it safely. I know these issues are not major but it was inconvenience to me everyday, especially spending time going to petrol station for the tyre.

Cons: Same as above, I'll paste it here: Why debit card is not allowed? I can rent a car with Enterprise using my debit card and you come under Enterprise umbrella and do not allow it. Oh, you do but for crazy expensive price that makes it unreasonable to rent it from you.

Pros: Was given a smelly disgusting Yaris with stained seats, the smell and the interior was horrendous so ended up going back and paid another 112 euros to swap it for Tiguan for 10 days as I couldn’t bare it anymore! I think it’s disgusting that I was charged 12 euros per day on top of what I’ve paid already!

Cons: First, the rental company didn't have any record of my reservation. Then, the terminal of the rental company didn't work with my credit card. The representative of the rental company refused to speak to a representative of my bank on the phone to solve the problem and forced me to pay extra insurance which made the total price of the whole rental completely different than what was the reserved price. Also, in general, his approach was anything but customer oriented.

Cons: We paid for insurance online but had to buy again because debit card was not valid for online insurance but was valid for local insurance. Sounds like typical east European scam scheme. Car was clean but child seat was horrible. Old food was falling out of it. After driving for a few kilometres tyre pressure sensor indicated flat tyre but checking pressure in the nearest petrol station shown no problem. Just resetting sensor fixed a problem. This is not something customer should do themselves.

Cons: Cleanliness and overall conditions of the rented car. Was a very old Yaris in not optimum mechanical conditions and the cleanliness in the interior was not good (Seats dirty and with dust)

Pros: The car was ready when I arrived, and it was at very good condition.

Cons: First of all I couldn't find their office, there were no signs at the arrivals so I had to phone them. The man who was at the office did not speak english very well so we had a difficulty and last but very important nobody came out to check the car with him - the car had two damages and when I went back he told me OK we know it, so I took photos for evidence - and the same happened when I left the car. This is the first time that happened this to me... Always we check the car with a guy of the .

Cons: We got the car not with full tank, they offered the mouth word discount for next time, just not sure how we will get it next time and not sure when the next time will be. As we got the car for 440km to run and we filled the car in full which showed 643km.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 10.11 to 31.03.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
