Alamo at Kaunas Airport

Pros: Agent was very polite good communication skills

Cons: Car was very dirty we took it to car wash and after wash we noticed even different colour of the car. Inside was left half empty bottles and even we found cigarettes butt's. The smell was horrible as well. Scren wash was empty.

Pros: Nothing!!

Cons: I did not like any part of the service provided. The vehicle was not up to the standard I would expect from a rental company. In fact, it was not in a fit state to drive and I imagine would fail an MOT in the UK. I must also say that the overall condition of the car in terms of damage was a disgrace. To think that collectively the customers who have already hired this vehicle and have paid extortionate prices for insurance, it would seem that Alamo just collect the money and not repair!

Pros: Good service friendly staff

Cons: Deposit money still in pending not sure how long till they get back

Pros: Nothing - it wasn’t Alamo, it was the franchisee Admita that provided the car. Admita had poor service and rip-off fees.

Cons: Nothing - it wasn’t Alamo, it was the franchisee Admita that provided the car. Admita had poor service and rip-off fees.

Pros: Nothing positive

Cons: 1- booked Toyota Yaris Cross when arrived lied they don't have this car, but saw another lady driving off with the exact car, this is not the first time this happened with this company. 2. Should be full car of fuel, was not. But you have to return car with full tank. 3. Not possible to reach customer service by phone 4. You pay for car to be cleaned-was not.

Cons: Very disappointed with the supplier. The car was not clean, had a chipped windscreen, and the back interior light fell out as we started driving. At the desk, the agent was dismissive and the insurance situation was confusing — I purchased cover but was told it meant nothing. I will avoid renting through you and Alamo Rent a Car in the future.

Cons: Car cleaning surcharge. We rent cars all over Europe. But this is the only place which charges for cleaning the car. And this adds up extra cost to the rental. Even if I get the chance to clean, there’s no washing facilities available in 50 mile radius.

Pros: The person was very friendly and explained how we can go to get the car from the parking near the airport

Cons: Car was stuck in snow at the car park There was no washing liquid for the windshield and neither ice scrapper I paid for those items and agreed to be refunded and I still have not received anything back

Pros: Good cars. Service at pick up and explanation and coast

Cons: Need give more help for people trouht the phone.

Pros: NOTHING

Cons: person at the desk so arogant and realy unhelpfull, people like him shouldnt work in hospitality service.

Pros: None at all

Cons: One member of staff who was rude and very unhelpful

Pros: Friendly staff

Pros: Unexpectedly upgraded to better car, cleanliness of car and quick deposit transfer after drop off.

Cons: Wait time to pick the car up

Pros: I was lucky to be at front of a queue. Or I would be waiting an hour to pick up

Cons: Car cleaning fee

Pros: Quick service,good car

Cons: Have to pay 15€ night fee collecting a car at 10.30pm.have to bring back clean car from outside and inside unless you pay 15€ fee.all this added on top of my rental fee

Pros: Very quick and easy.

Pros: Great servise

Cons: NA

Pros: Car was not cleaned, car service due two weeks before I rent car .fuel policy is full to full but tank was not full when I take the car.300 euros deposit taken without informing at all

Pros: Cheap price

Cons: Received a dirty car and took a pictures. Was told to clean the car before returning. Cleaned it as much as I could, left it in the car park which was outside and weather wasn’t great. Got charged 30 euros for a cleaning fee. Also, they are not giving a hard copy or email with the confirmation that car was returned all ok and still keep 300 euros of deposit money. Asked a girl who was checking a car and who said it was all ok, write on the paper that car was received same as taken. Didn’t help.

Cons: A new list of fees

Pros: Car upgrade

Cons: Below average cleanliness of the car

Pros: Price

Cons: Extra payment for cleaning the car, even car is clean, apply for everyone

Pros: Aciu

Cons: Viskas buvo gerai.

Cons: Windscreen wipers need renewed

Pros: Quick pick up after midnight.

Cons: Got sold to additional insurance because I didn't have credit card, car had a high mileage on the clock already, they charge after hours fee, plus a car wash fee

Cons: 20.euros a day extra because i didn't have credit card

Pros: Everything was great from beginning to the end

Pros: Fast

Cons: The car was "old"/worn out

Pros: i was rent a car from your comapany from24/04/2024 to 01/05/2024. but i have my personal problem and i returned the car on 26/04/2024 . i was asked for return my money but nobody reply my email .

Cons: i was rent a car from your comapany from24/04/2024 to 01/05/2024. but i have my personal problem and i returned the car on 26/04/2024 . i was asked for return my money but nobody reply my email .

Pros: Smooth pick up, drop off

Pros: viskas buvo puiku 👌

Pros: fast, pleasant and professional service.

Pros: Everything was great. Returning customers.

Cons: That deposit for the car must be given only by credit card.

Pros: Perfect service

Pros: I experienced amazing service! I upgraded my car to automatic for a small fee, and the car was in excellent condition. I received my deposit back within the next two days. Highly recommend

Pros: Fine price

Cons: Extra fee charged by local rental company. No response from discovercsrs.com and Alamo customer service.

Pros: Check in y Check out rápidos. Mostrador muy cerca de la terminal.

Cons: T&Cs had a note that extra change would be applied for over hours pick-up, however there was no information about the value of extra charge or the actual office hours on T&Cs displayed on Discovercars.com. When I checked on Alamo's Kaunas website it was noted that office hrs were 24/7. I was really frustrated when I was asked to pay extra 25e for pick up. It was totally not expected upon given information (or rather lack of it)

Cons: Car was like 10 year old, even been told at car sould be not older then 3 year old.. Also car wasnt clean inside, like no one clean that after previous rent..

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Disgrace

Pros: Good price and good car, tho we wanted and booked an estate , but received a four by four.

Cons: Time spent waiting to be seen, time spent waiting for the car as it was not ready and was in the car wash, then forgotten child seat , agents just weren’t ready at all.

Pros: Courteous and fluent English speaking agent at the desk.

Cons: Despite the online agent accepting my American Express Card AND Alamo being an American company, you could not take my American Express Credit Card as security - thus I was presented with an unexpected large surcharge for insurance. This was NOT clear at the time of booking. I am likely to check in advance next time and will likely choose an alternative supplier.
