Pros: Nothing at pick up in Kaunas airport.

Cons: I was forced to purchase additiona insurance coverege, even though my car's insurance policy has full coverege on rental cars. I was asked to pay for car cleaning upon return. So, I had to take car pictures (inside and outside) at pickup and return to avoid those charges.

Cons: Car cleaning is not part of the rental and it's charged €30 extra Booster seat was very uncomfortable

Pros: Quick and easy service. They also offers pre checkin, so collecting car is less than 5 min. New cars with sat nav so no need for phone holders.

Awful company, awful service. When flying delays can happen so to be treated in such a way is shameful. Cons: Horrible service. When booking the car I have double checked opening hours - it was stated open up to midnight. Coming up to pick up at 23:00 office was close with no one picking up the phone numbers provided. I had to get expensive hotel for the night and attempt to pick up car in the morning. At 10:30 office was still closed and after the call they said will open at midday only! They charge 35euros for cleaning the car. In conclusion, half of holiday ruined and extra expenses for hotel!

Pros: The access insurance company excludes the Green Motion from their contract. That must be for a good reason.

Cons: Green Motion offered to re-book directly with them. That is a breach of a contract with the Discovercars agency.

Pros: If you want to avoid additional costs and stress, avoid this company! The first sign was when you went to pick up the car, they just say that the car is in the first or second row and you walk among hundreds of these cars and look for the one that will unlock yours. Worthless service. It doesn't matter how cleaned the car is, they will still charge you 40 euros as a fine. If a warning lights up in the car that you need to add a certain liquid, IGNORE IT!

Cons: When you try to contact them but they reject your calls and don't pick up and when you give them the car you tell them that you tried to contact them and that now I would like a refund for fixing their car but all they can say is that I had to contact them and that they would have decided what to do. Although I cannot imagine what they would have decided if I am more than 200 km away. :) Be careful, I learned my lesson.

Pros: The car was clean and quite new.

Cons: As I mentioned the interaction with the agent was very negative and ruined our journey, despite having only positives to say about the country till that moment. There was also no one when I was returning the car, He did mention when I picked it up to just parked it somewhere else and leave the keys on his desk but you never know with these guys and wanted to make sure I park at the right place. I tried to call a number a was given when I booked but no one answered.

Cons: Didn’t like the access fee if any accident it was like 1500£, and insurance was extra like 280£, so I didn’t take insurance but was stressed all the time in case of someone denting my car, or flat tyre. Plus you have to bring the car as clean as you took it, never seen that before in my life.

Pros: It was raining, I paid for a car wash in Kaunas 10 miles away, so when I got to the drop off place, there was mud from the road on the car. I got an email two days later saying that they were going to charge me 40 Euros for cleaning the car! ❤️

Pros: My car was booked for 19:00 and I was there at 19:00 I was asked for a late check in fee of 25 eur additional. It wasn't written anywhere.

Cons: The car that was given was a brand new car with a GPS system installed on it. The car's battery dies 1 day after. I called and they came in 40 minutes to start the car. The second day the battery was dead again and they came in an hour to change the car. It was a really bad experience I lost hours waiting. I really think this should have been compensated.
