Cons: "It's been over two weeks, and the money hasn't been refunded yet. I had to visit their office because it's impossible to reach them by phone. They informed me that the deposit refund would take 30 days. That's a whole month with my funds frozen, and I can't access them. This is the worst-case scenario because I need my money right now."

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
