Cons: I was told that I needed to pay for breakdown insurance as it was not covered in my booking. I showed them that I had bought full insurance but she said that it wasn’t. I was also told my car wasn’t big enough. Thank god I held firm on that cos it was big enough. Basically the tried to sell extra things to me and the pressure and stress was extreme. I ended up getting the insurance because of the fear that I wasn’t covered.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.

Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
