Pros: It's really hard to find them, the staff is extremely rude plus not organise, i pay for a Dacia Sandero economy class and receive small vw up for bigger car i need to pay extra... the car was old in extremely bad condition.... i receive the car dirty and with less than half fuel... plas they have a late pickup fees of 20euro ... are working only with cash... in my history of rental cars with more than 25 time's this is the only one company with extremely low-bad quality...

Cons: When you will search online for car rental this company is chipped but when you will pay late pickup and late dropoff is the expensive one.

The Surprice sign is against the side wall inside the booth facing away from the direction that everyone would come from - They insisted that I should pay for the rental with cash. When I told them that I wanted to pay by credit card for the insurance, the agent showed me their system which said payment was in cash, and directed me to the ATM. Pros: Had to wait for the man for a long time, no papers showing the car external condition, payment by cash only, disrespectful attitude

Cons: Had to return the first car since the engine had high temp(250,000 km!), waited 4 hours, second car the same problem - no antifreeze, not enough engine oil, no water in the wipes. Actually I didn't use the car as I planed and instead of a round trip along the country- stayed all week in one place. Had to take the car to a mechanic!! Had to hear that they charge me 20euro for not cleaning the car, never got back 51 euro that I paid for fuel with the first car("they had no cash")

Car was however really dirty which we realize in daylight (next day). It also had a broken front bumper (which we were told about). Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

During winter season (from 15.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 4 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
