Cons: Everything was fine except the baby sit which I don't recommend to order because it's not safe. It's better to hold the baby. And the car had a problem with the key but that was ok.

Cons: The car was in pretty bad shape so I had to go back and change the car (one hour back from the destination, making us late for our trip). It had low air and I had to stop every 10 mins to fill the tire with air.

Pros: Price was OK and I got larger car than booked. All papers were ready including marked scratches on the body of car.

Cons: Nobody at the airport, so had to drop car keys and documents. Car became loud going uphill, probably some tuning necessary.

Pros: I do not usually review in normal cases but want to do it so no one experiences what I was allowed to do. I paid 30 euros when I booked the car from Sweden which is ok, I would pay 70 euros more on the spot, but it turned out that they wanted 30 euros more for the green card because it is not included, the agreement says that it is not included , but it also does not say how much it costs, they could have said 50 or 100 Euro more? All companies I have rented from before have included a green car

Cons: Avis, sexit / Budget, Europcar and even smaller companies. I got the worst possible treatment, in addition you have to get a full tank and return a full tank, as soon as we left the parking lot the airport after 300m one of 5 dots went out, I returned the car with 4 dots just as I got it and was charged 20 euros more 😡 Rather pay more than choose Alfa Car Rental. Do not make the same mistake as me. They are the worst.

Pros: The pick up and drop off. Nice rental agents.

Cons: They provided a car that statet, that it needed services. I drove by a agency in the town that I was living in. And was told, that they didn't switch the engine light off. When the car was at service last time. They didn,t have the time at that moment to switch it off, but wanted me to come back the following week. So that they could switch it off. I sadly didn't have this time in my vacation. And had to live with this beeping anoying light.

Cons: Eigenlijk niets. De auto was een klein beetje beschadigd, maar dat is bijna niet te voorkomen in het Macedonische verkeer. Beschadigingen waren echter heel goed geadministreerd.

Cons: Car had broken side mirror which they hadn't even noticed until I pointed it out. Contract stated that smoking is not allowed (we are non-smokers) but car definitely smelled of cigarette smoke

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 400.00), Theft Protection, Outside of business hours, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Snow chains, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax, Delivery fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.
Geographical restrictions
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, European Union.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 15.11 until 15.04) Winter tires are included in price.


Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
