Pros: The person at the counter of Alpha Car was very nice and polite and helpful.

Pros: The brakes on the rental car were defective, which is a serious safety issue. I had to get them repaired myself in Macedonia. While the cost was later reimbursed, renting out a vehicle with faulty brakes in the first place was negligent and shows a lack of proper vehicle maintenance and responsibility toward customer safety

Pros: They ultimately had understanding for us traveling with two small children and needing the class of car with enough space. The manager was quite quick to understand the situation and propose an alternative that worked, kudos! The return went quite smoothly.

Cons: They could have given us the sedan car without having to talk to the manager, but we also understand it was in the middle of the high season with not so many options on their side as well.

Pros: Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The car was clean, in perfect condition, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free. I would definitely rent from Alfa Rent a Car again.

Pros: We did not have much interaction with staff besides receiving and returning car. They were very helpful, spoke good English. Asked us to inspect the car and reminded us to check everything afterwards. The car was clean, quite new. It could have been a bit more powerful, but maybe it's just the car. Overall everything was great. Amazing prices for the cars you get.

Cons: We had some problems with tire pressure that they did not warn us about. Nothing much, just the changes in air temperature affected tire pressure so we were in a bit of stress if we did everything correctly with it. Also, they could include a little paper about how to return the car, we just had to call many times to understand the process which could be just simply written down.

All companies I have rented from before have included a green car

I got the worst possible treatment, in addition you have to get a full tank and return a full tank, as soon as we left the parking lot the airport after 300m one of 5 dots went out, I returned the car with 4 dots just as I got it and was charged 20 euros more 😡 Rather pay more than choose Alfa Car Rental. Cons: They provided a car that statet, that it needed services. I drove by a agency in the town that I was living in. And was told, that they didn't switch the engine light off. When the car was at service last time. They didn,t have the time at that moment to switch it off, but wanted me to come back the following week. So that they could switch it off. I sadly didn't have this time in my vacation. And had to live with this beeping anoying light.
