Pros: Booking was straight forward and the price was competitive. The car was in great condition and the agent I dealt with at pickup was friendly and helpful. Drop off was quick and easy.
Cons: I didn't dislike anything, but got stung for toll charges. For anyone unfamiliar with the transponder, it's hard to see when you're in the car (being on the other side of the RV mirror). It would have been helpful if the agent had advised me to locate it and ensure it was open, before setting off. I didn't see it until my 2nd day (and the notice about opening it), so ended up being charged an additional amount.

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees. You’ll be charged a service fee of 15.99 USD per day up to a maximum of 99.00 USD per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
