Pros: Nothing
Cons: I was harassed to "pre check-in", supposedly to expedite the procedure, which I believed to be utter nonsense & so it proved to be as it still took an hour or more. After all that, despite the notice given to ensure what I wanted was available, I got what, as the clerk was honest enough to admit, all they had. The tank was only 3/4-full, although I'd paid for "full-to-full" Towards, the end of the trip I had to add 2 quarts of oil - in a vehicle that had only done 12,000 miles!

Pros: Car was as described.
Cons: Service on toll passes was not clear. Had to return to service counter after a portion of trip as there was no transponder in car which had Indiana plates. Counter agent then fully explained that toll transponder was not required as toll charge was done through cameras taking picture of license plates. Cost me double tolls and I lost over 3 hours of travel time due to traffic.

Pros: We called Budget and was told that they were not able to change our rental date and/or get a refund Therefore we had to contact Discover which was impossible to reach anyone. A month on and we dstill get the message on the phone that no one is answering their phones....

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.

All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
It is possible to purchase prepaid tolls.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.

Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for Domestic one way.
Driver requirements

A Young driver fee is not applied.
