Pros: It was all fine apart from the stolen 200 dollars. I just don’t want other people to use them based off positive reviews
Pros: We liked the car, it was almost new, so it was in very good condition.
Cons: We got the car with some ice on it, and with a dirty windshield. During drop-off we realized we forgot to fulfill the fuel, and we wanted to do it, but your college said, since he had started the take-back process, we can't take away the car to fulfill, so he charged 61 dollars for about 5 gallons of fuel. I know it was our fault not fulfill the car, but we were very tired, we drived so much that day, so it would have been nice to have had a chance to correct our mistake after we realized it.

Cons: Car had little petrol, windscreen dangerously dirty, very stained, and hard to clean - i had to buy a product. Some driver aids not working with multiple error messages each time I started the car. I paid extra for a Honda Accord, the Ford Escape was supposed to be an upgrade but it was an inferior car. long waiting queue at pick-up

The option to prepay tolls is available for 9.99 USD to 27.99 USD per day depending on the travel area.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.

Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
