Pros: I am frequent Sixt customers. My last few trips car rentals were all with Sixt
Cons: This time around the time picking up the car is delayed
Pros: Fast return process
Cons: Lower class car model was provided. Car pick up was delayed by 45 minutes with the EV was only 60% to 70% re-charged (i.e. approx only 280 km)
Cons: The only thing that could be improved is adding extra drivers. Online/photo id verification wasn't available so we had to present in person. Once we left Perth there were no other Sixt depots along our trip.

Pros: Allowing me to check out the car 15 mins earlier. Unlimited mileage. Flexibility of checking out the car from the city and return of car to the airport.
Cons: The car has superficial damages on its body and tyres/rims are scratched but not stated on the electronic rental agreement. Suggest the check out staff to accompany customers to check the car and mark out the damages instead of asking me to take photos for self retention.
Cons: No proper inspection of the car on pick up. I was grateful that I took photos of all existing damage prior to leaving the lot as they sent me an email after I had dropped the car advising that there was damage that I was responsible for. I sent back relevant photos of the pre existing damage and received an apology

Pros: The people I spoke to were fantastic. Belinda at pick up was beyond helpful and got us on our way with ease, even adding another driver. Drop off was just as easy, 2 mins from the Terminal.

Pros: Car was ready on time and clean, good and newish car overall.
Cons: Slow, the representative misinformed me that we did not have full cover and we ended up buying extra premium cover just in case. That came at an added $36/day which was unnecessary as we were meant to be fully covered from the initial booking. We feel this was a bit unfair.

Pros: Horrible customer service when returning the car trying to blame us for old damage. They then claimed to not know where the original condition report was. I was not there as phill returned the car. I then called them and left a message to say I took time stamped photos when picking the car up to note all the old damage. They then returned our call the following day to say ohh it’s all ok. Sadly if I didn’t take those photos I bet they would have charged us for damage we didn’t do.
