Pros: It was terrible, they did not have the extras included in the booking, I paid extra for an upgrade and was presented with a car that had a cracked windscreen and no winter tires.
Cons: The customer representative was rude and extremely undermining. They don't know their own cars and the car I received had a message for an overdue service within a few miles of driving. Never again.
Pros: pick up was very easy
Cons: The return was to the Central Station office which was a total disaster. Not friendly, not helpful. we had real problems because my arms arm was broken and we had to leave early. So in fact we would prefer to leave the car at arlanda. But because of the guy at the central station sixt office, we could not charge the car to go to the airport. We asked him to please call a cab for us. He just gave the number of a non-english speaking taxi and watched us struggle. He explicitly refused to help.
Pros: The free upgrade, to a high end car for our trip.
Cons: The fuel tank wasn't filled to max. It appeared at the refuel at the end of our trip that we could ad substantial more fuel compared to the start. We started our trip with approximately 860 km's to go and a full refuel provides a range of more than 1.000 km's.... The board computer of the car mentioned a low oil level, that should be taken care off before handing over the carkeys...
Pros: Best experience, so far! Very friendly and helpful, also funny :-) As my exact pick wasn't available, they offered actually better car with same price.
Pros: I was 45 min later en must tu pay € 70 extra
