Cons: I booked the car through discovercars and when my plane was delayed I tried to rebook shift the start to next day without success through website, coming to location found that no cars available and had to book with another company 3 times the price, plus discover cars charged me for insurance, yet to see if they charged me for the whole thing, Terrible service.

Pros: Not a lot

Cons: The car initially given to us was dangerous and dur to the timings of flights and there policies we had to take it back to be changed 1st thing. I then rejected the next car as it was shocking. I expected more from sixt and to top it all off there were no Managers around and I had to pay for that fuel so as they didn’t charge me although I was bringing it back due to a problem. The cars were aged in my car ovary, and looked like they had been beaten up.

Cons: It was not clear how we returned the car if the agency was closed. We were given vague directions about returning it to the lot and to drop off the key in a box but not told where the box was located. We had to ask at the Hertz rental desk to find out where the boxes were.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Licences issued in China are not accepted.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by previous request at airport locations.

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
