Pros: Simple et personnels gentils. N'avons eu aucun problème avec le véhicule. Je recommande

Cons: Avons attendu environ 45 minutes avant d'être ramassé par la van à notre arrivée. En même temps, il y avait beaucoup de gens au même moment qui désirait se rendre à Jumbo Car, ce n'est pas vraiment de leur faute si c'était long.

Pros: All the staff was very friendly and helpful, very appreciated.

Cons: Security deposit and cleaning fee completely unacceptable. I paid for full insurance protection so I should not be asked for any of these.

Pros: good shuttle, car was almost new, child seast were cleaned and fresh, which i liked the most, since I never received cleaned car seats before.

Cons: Policy about car cleaning was not clear. We had to pay an extra 30 euros because it was not mentioned at the beginning. Otherwise we would have cleaned the car ourselves, it only had a bit of sand. Price was a bit excessive!

Pros: The representatives at the pick up were really friendly and helpful even with my limited French. This was the most straight forward car rental I have ever done and ironically it was done abroad. The pick up van was quick and the wait for the car was pretty brief. The prices were on par if not a little better than the bigger name rental companies. I would definitely use them again.

Pros: Jumbo cars in PTP, Guadeloupe was AMAZING!!! Our flight landed 3 hours late, which was 3 hours after closing and they agreed to stay open and send a shuttle for us! We are so grateful. The car was reliable. They were efficient and extremely kind.

Cons: The car worked but was the worst of the cars I’ve rented. Would not recommend that particular vehicle. The pick up/drop off to and from the airport was extremely slow, only 1 vehicle with no help loading bags. The gentleman driving was very nice. With other rental car services like sixt we received water bottles when picking up the car, this would be a very nice feature to add in to your customer experience, after a long flight a bottle of water or even a water machine would have been nice.

A van comes quickly to pick you up, but you don’t know until it pulls up and you recognize the name on the van. A simple sign saying “wait here for Jumbo Car shuttle” would help a lot. We were standing there confused with all the other tourists as to whether we should call someone, start walking, or wait

Pros: I like the fact that it is an electric car but there must be given speditiv addresses to charge it especially in a small island like Guadeloupe and where English is not the official language.

We charged it at home and it took as time and thus made our plans a bit delayed. The car agent weren’t that clear and didn’t tell us exactly where can we charge the car. They said we can do it at supermarkets but we didn’t find any who charge it. They also didn’t speak English so it made it more difficult. My advice is to give specific addresses of cha
