Pros: I know it's probably the car itself but new cars should by now have a large syncing display with the phone for better navigation. Nowhere could I place a phone to follow the navigation so my passager had to hold the phone for me.

Pros: Not much.

Cons: The agent didn’t smile. It was a great deal of paperwork and the requirements of providing certain gas seems outlandish. She was about to charge me 5000 pesos for a scrape that I know we didn’t put on the car. I had to argue about this as the car was already dented in several places and clearly not repaired.

Pros: Quick service upon return of the car and immediate shuttle back to airport.

Cons: We were told we HAD to pay an extra $17USD/day for 5 million third party liability. We balked at this, and finally were told that actually, we don't have to get this insurance. It was a scam. We were also told we had to switch cars the next day and to make sure we fill up with had before switching. We intentionally went to fill up the new car immediately and saw it was 10L short! Another scam.

Cons: They said a put a scratch under the bumper that actually appeared to be from a black marker. However, I had purchased the insurance and there were no additional out of pocket costs.

Pros: Not much really. Car was absolutely hammered with dents so it took forever at checkout to go over the car.

Cons: Shuttle from airport is via a 3rd party. So after making phone calls and finding the desk and then going out to the curb and getting in line and waiting for a shuttle we were on our way

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
