Pros: They provided a clean, newer car as promised.
Cons: They said a put a scratch under the bumper that actually appeared to be from a black marker. However, I had purchased the insurance and there were no additional out of pocket costs.

Pros: Not much really. Car was absolutely hammered with dents so it took forever at checkout to go over the car.
Cons: Shuttle from airport is via a 3rd party. So after making phone calls and finding the desk and then going out to the curb and getting in line and waiting for a shuttle we were on our way

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 795.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
