Pros: It was at the airport and they provided shuttle to and from the terminal
Cons: The price was over triple then what it showed it was gunna be. And all together very disappointing!
Pros: We ended up canceling our car rental because they didn’t have a car available for us on arrival. After a couple hours of discussing options and them being able to provide a car (after another costume returned one), we decided to cancel as the price was more than the agreed upon amount.
Pros: I got a car, but...
Cons: 1: the price was NOT AT ALL the same, it was way HIGHER (almost DOUBLE) when I got the car. It was through Hertz but i guess they all work together... 2: Even tough I paid way more, I Got a smaller car because there was not any standard cars (just SUVs but way too pricy). Please note that i reserved almost 2 months in advance and it said it was available for my time-date. 3: I would just rent from a car dealer directly, at least i will get the right price upfront !
Cons: The female manager at the Hertz desk ( I rented a Thrifty car) was rude and agitated. So was I, but I did not appreciate the bait-and-switch by your company.
Pros: Nothing. The entire experience was awful.
Cons: They had oversold their fleet and offered me a larger car at a much higher rate or a much smaller car at the same rate as what I had paid. They were trying to rip me off any way they could and at the end of the day it took almost three hours to get a car and I wound up paying much more than the rate I had reserved.
Pros: Car insurance in Mexico is truly a nightmare. $30-70 a day plus taxes. I have yet to find a way around it and we travel to Mexico often.
Pros: Nothing there was never a service provided only headaches
Cons: Everything you all suck
