Pros: Flight was delayed and they closed the office at 4pm so last minute we had to get friend approved to collect car. As mentioned earlier we booked 7 seater and when I went back to the desk on Monday morning to add myself as driver was told by the desk that I needed to contact whom i made the reservation with - email to Discover Cars on 28/6, still no response so will be disputing transaction as next step and then potential court summons and block on our Company using this as a platform given this

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
