Pros: The car was clean, and the man who we dropped the car off with afterwards was lovely, understanding, pointed out the way for the shuttle bus and wished us a merry Christmas
Cons: The service (other than the gentleman where hire cars are dropped off) was appalling, two of the women being the desk were being very rude. I pointed out that this shouldn’t be costing £500 and still had the booking email as proof. I then said I had corresponded through DC and last I heard was “sixt is not responding to us but I’m assured the vehicle is available, you can discuss other options at the desk.” The assured vehicle wasn’t there at all. So had a 30 wait. 2 staff members extremely rude
Pros: Poor , poor , I’ve had no communication from Sixt at all , but the rental cost me £10 more
Cons: As above , also the front desk just gave me keys no going around car to see if any damage which there was and had to email company in 2 hours
Cons: I came 30 min early car was not ready. Some flexibility would have been nice.
Pros: No good, i missed one day, they had closed the desk, and they used covi19 too excuse, one mail with open and closed time, they sent 3 other mails 1 and 2 day before.

Cons: Somehow hard to find the rental place after we came out of the airport. When we dropped it off, the sign was too small. Hard to see.
Pros: as I booked other cars by this company and I had paid thought it was a longer than necessary check in
Cons: did not like the shuttle and no help with bags.
Pros: They are usually very good above upgrading at no charge to a nicer car if available.
Cons: The shuttle bus was extremely full and we had to wait for quite a while before leaving for the terminal because at Copenhagen Airport the rental car shuttles wait on a schedule rather than leaving as soon as there are a reasonable number of passengers on board as at many airports. This isn't really Sixt's fault because I believe the bus is run by the airport, but it impacts the quality of the car rental experience and results in a delay in catching one's flight after returning the rental car.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Luxury, Premium, Fullsize, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Winter package, Mobile tablet, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: American Express, Diners, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
For the Premium, Special car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
Maestro, Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
All credit cards must be capable of the following: PIN verification; cards without this capability will not be accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
