Bulgaria
Renault Captur
5/26/26

Pros: The car was almost brand new and in excellent condition. The service during both pick-up and return was perfect — the staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient.

Cons: I did not receive a receipt for the blocked deposit amount, which would have been helpful. Also, the email address you are contacting me from returns my replies, making communication difficult. I returned the car 24 hours earlier than agreed, and I was told that I would receive a refund for the unused rental time, but I have not received it yet. However, I appreciated that the deposit was released within minutes after I returned the car. The car was clean, although not perfectly spotless.

Pros: Largely exceeded expectations when it comes to the car i received. Nice people at the desk. Frictionless return.

Cons: The car I drove couldn't display applications such as Maps or Waze. I had to use my phone all the time, which is not handy. Unbelievable for such a fancy car (Audi Q3 Sline)

Greenland
Kia Ceed STW
8/7/24

Pros: Quick service.

Cons: Fine service.
Canada
Skoda Octavia
6/3/24

Pros: E-mail notifications were useful.

Cons: The representative changed the car I selected stating the the booth was bigger, but every website says otherwise. We managed anyway. I think they just did not have the car I wanted on site. The direction for return were explained in such a complicated way, whereas it was sufficient to say that the return parking was opposite of the rental center... I fully respect the wealth of experience a representative have in the field, but I did my research and needed a booth of 550-600L not a 450L...
Hungary
Ford Fiesta
3/14/24

Pros: quick and easy

Cons: Because I did not have a credit card only a debit card, I had to choose between makingvextra insurance or pay a much higher deposit. I was not prepared for that and I ended up paying more than I expected based on the online prices. But next time I will be more prepared.
United Kingdom
Kia Ceed

Cons: We were given a car with summer tires... while it is winter in Denmark. Obviously, it got to snow, and we then could not drive to catch our plane back home. Extra costs: 5000dkk!

Cons: The distance
Norway
Ford Fiesta

Pros: clean and new car
Chile
Ford Fiesta
5/8/22

Pros: Great car, modern, in great shape

Cons: The bus that goes to the car rental place is not that easy to find once you arrive at the airport. Then, the car rental entrance is through inside the parking, which is not adequately signaled, so it is also not that easy to find. Also, in Alamo desk there was only 1 person, so we had to wait around 15 minutes until we were received, and there are no chairs or place to sit in, which was really complicated since we were with a 1-year-old boy.
United Kingdom

Pros: The price

Cons: Same like other car hire's in CPH airport - too far away to pickup the cars and do the registration - the old place was much more user friendly, but again it's Copenhagen Airport so the the need of being user friendly is a word of shame
