When arriving, exit the arrivals hall and follow the airport signs for shuttle bus and take the shuttle bus assigned to Car Rental Centre. The shuttle bus stop by Terminal 3 is located at Ellehammersvej 20, just outside Clarion Hotel, the shuttle bus stop by Terminal 2 is located just outside the terminal entrance.

Pros: The car was almost brand new and in excellent condition. The service during both pick-up and return was perfect — the staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient.

Cons: I did not receive a receipt for the blocked deposit amount, which would have been helpful. Also, the email address you are contacting me from returns my replies, making communication difficult. I returned the car 24 hours earlier than agreed, and I was told that I would receive a refund for the unused rental time, but I have not received it yet. However, I appreciated that the deposit was released within minutes after I returned the car. The car was clean, although not perfectly spotless.

Cons: The representative changed the car I selected stating the the booth was bigger, but every website says otherwise. We managed anyway. I think they just did not have the car I wanted on site. The direction for return were explained in such a complicated way, whereas it was sufficient to say that the return parking was opposite of the rental center... I fully respect the wealth of experience a representative have in the field, but I did my research and needed a booth of 550-600L not a 450L...

Pros: quick and easy

Cons: Because I did not have a credit card only a debit card, I had to choose between makingvextra insurance or pay a much higher deposit. I was not prepared for that and I ended up paying more than I expected based on the online prices. But next time I will be more prepared.

Cons: The bus that goes to the car rental place is not that easy to find once you arrive at the airport. Then, the car rental entrance is through inside the parking, which is not adequately signaled, so it is also not that easy to find. Also, in Alamo desk there was only 1 person, so we had to wait around 15 minutes until we were received, and there are no chairs or place to sit in, which was really complicated since we were with a 1-year-old boy.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 500 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2010.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
For all customers, except local renters the mileage is unlimited.
For local renters mileage is limited to 100 km per day.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy



If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Winter tires, Toll pass / E-toll device, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, San Marino.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is not available.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
