Pros: The price was good and they offered to pay for the bridge toll to Sweden at a reduced rate. We got a brand new car and the drop off was super easy.

Cons: Keddy turned out to be Europcar (who I would never have booked with, due to their bad name). As there was no Keddy desk, I had to ask and was directed to Europcar.

Cons: I faced a very unfair situation. They made me pay almost 1000€ for some scratches in one side of the car that weren't made in my rental period, but before. I couldn't take a clear picture in the pickup point which was in a dark spot of the Kastrup airport parking. No agent was there with me, as they only give you keys and they never go out form the desk. The agent told me about all those scratches when he gave me the keys, so I understood that this damage was checked by the company, but wasn't!!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2010.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Winterization fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.


In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 31.10 to 15.04.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
