Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1500 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1100.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a citizen of the following country(ies): Switzerland, EU countries.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Winter tires are mandatory in icy/snowy conditions from 01.11 to 31.03.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
