Cons: They tried to deceive me into buying a full protection service, which I realized during the signing process (I had purchased full protection from Discovery Cars). I had to go through a lot of trouble to return the service. Then, when they took payment for the increased deposit amount, they asked me to make a repayment instead of paying the difference between the initial payment and the full protection service. Pros: Staff were friendly

Cons: Cars were not full of fuel, had expired TUV and roadworthy certificate and we had to return to the airport for multiple swaps.

Pros: The staff were helpful in locating a nine seater, as booked, at a rival company.

Cons: No car. Booking cancelled. No notification.

Pros: Everything except the mandatory additional insurance that I did not want nor need but was forced to take out in order to pick up the car

Cons: You cheated me from getting a car. I paid upfront for the entire period, but did not get a car. You have not refunded the money. I had to hire an other car from an other provider. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

Pros: Car was ok, clean and good condition but very basic which was fine.

Cons: Took very very long time to pick the car up. The do charge your credit card for deposit and take the money, not just block it on your credit card, and extra insurance is too expensive to make sense of buying it.

Cons: I waited 2 hours to get served at the desk and the customer service person (Ali) was very rude and not helpful at all. The whole process was very stressful and not a good start to our holiday. We still haven’t received our final invoice and they haven’t responded to my emails regarding the refund of my deposit. I would not recommend renting from weego at all. Many customers in front of us picking up a car while we waited had the same problem like us. They made me feel very uncomfortable .

Pros: access to the parking very not clear i looked for half an hour the parking and impissible to calk directly the agency , phone number is only for central office. a clear map would be usefull for foreigners because staff don t soeak very well english

Cons: First it was a standard (not automatic), then not really clean, needed a tuneup, front tires need change. Then found two scratches low in the doors that were not see by the prev contract and now they are charging to me. Not a good experience. Price ok but next time I’ll go directly to Hertz.

Pros: Its terrible. We left the car at the airport and when we got home, we received a cleaning bill over €130. They said they've found animal hair in the car. We didn't have any animal. The cleaning bill cost more than 5 days rental. Not sure how did they justify that cost. Unbelievable. I will not hire any car from them in the future. Not a trusted car hire company.

Cons: They chsrged the cleaning bill more than the actual rental cost and claimed they've found animal hair. I haven't received any evidence or pictures from them. I will not use them anymore. Car rental cost is cheap but it will cost you more by adding unnecessary bill. Not a honest company.
