Cons: No pick up from Airport due to covid19 restrictions. Very limited range of automatic cars particularly in economy/compact. As a disabled driver had to pay a lot more than non disabled drivers.
Cons: Did not have a car for us had to wait an hour and then they took us up another location to pick up a car .. Car was horrible - panel on back door dropped off within 5 mins and no aircon or air in back of car ..

Cons: I had forgotten to bring the paper part of my drivers license with me when picking up the rental car. I was pretty much told by the Scottish man at the desk that you may hope Coleraine answer otherwise you can’t get a car. Luckily for me Coleraine did answer and I got to take the car without any further hassle.

Cons: Aggressive, manipulative & argumentative counter staff, our personal experience + observations of the dissatisfied customers seen & heard when picking up & dropping off the car. No explanation was given as to why we couldn’t use the debit card that we paid the deposit with.. No explanation given as to why we were paying £245.74 additional costs. The man serving us didn’t even ask if the extra cost was acceptable to us before processing. Our holiday spoilt by this experience

Cons: The Car was dirty and covered in muck when we received it. The windscreen was very dirty (washers wouldn't take it off) The inside was quite dusty. Also wasn't full to the top was slightly under however no one came out to check or go over paper work when we collected? (I seen them go out with some people and not others) Therefore I had to full back to top when I shouldn't have!
Cons: Customer service of the Belfast airport is horrible. They were not helpful at all and we finally left the office without renting the car because of their bad management.

Cons: Sneaky charges that meant that the car wasn't good value. An incredibly long wait, outside in the cold.

Cons: They did not do a walk around with us noting down all the scrapes and scratches that were on the car at the start of the hire and at the end they tried to highlight these untold we told them that we had checked at the start of the car hire and had been told that everything had already been noted and released our deposit.

Pros: Not sixty fault but we booked an on airport pickup, this isn't.
Cons: Felt a bit conned by the "upgrade" Strongly suspect the Passatt we booked wasn't available. The upgrade was a car doing its last journey we were told, so we felt we paid an extra £20 for something that should have been cheaper.

Cons: Being pressurised to pay extra £30 to drive car in Eire and to buy extra car insurance despite having got my own. car did not have air conditioning as promised and smelt of smole

Cons: 1 - I was told that I needed to have a full license for 3 years. It said 2 years online. Debated this in store and it was fine. 2 - They couldn't wait to increase my insurance and almost celebrated getting an extra £100 from me. This was not a nice experience. Instead of working to try and keep the cost down the team seemed hellbent on squeezing me. Not cool.
Cons: I've been emailing SIXT so many times with no reply. Huge discrepancy of deposit refund. Also charged a month later post returning the car for smoking! Although the car was clearly checked in/out when returned and was cleared
