Pros: Good condition car and new
Cons: Why no iso fix child seats? Only 2 seatbt child seats were available in a pile of about 15 which were for under 3's, the rest were booster seats, and of the two available only 1 was compatible with the car. No one was around to assist me and we had to just pick up the seat out of a pile at an unmanned reception area. Service was a joke, and then there's the fact the car fluids were not checked over before handing keys over to myself. No mention of keddy cars being eurocar either!

Cons: You guys should be allowed to return the car to the different airports. Or to be able to change it at the time of reservation/pick up. Mistakenly f pound our I'm leaving from city and not international airport but agent should be able to help with the drop off location.

Pros: The quality of the car I received.
Cons: The Keddy desk was not easy to find until I noticed it said, in tiny letters below the Keddy name on my documents "by Europcar". I stood in the queue for 15 minutes to be served not really knowing if I was standing in the right place or if I was going to be turned away and directed elsewhere. The previous 'damage' to the car was listed on the end of rental statement as being 'Previously Recorded Damage', but had not been pointed out at the time of rental in any form.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 miles per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1950.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to pick up the car.
Residents of the following country(ies): Non-UK are required to present the following document(s): passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of entry/exit into/out of the country in order to pick up the car.

It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
