Please do not proceed directly to the carpark cabin as this is for vehicle returns. From North West: 1. Take the M6 2. Exit at Junction 4A and join the M42 signposted for London and Solihull. 3. At Junction 6 of the M42 take the A45 and follow signs for Birmingham International Airport. From North East: 1. From the M42, exit at Junction 6 and join the A45 2. Cons: They should have left a notice on their airport terminal desk that you had to go to the car park to get service - I found this information on another rental company's desk.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 miles per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 1830.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Toll pass / E-toll device, Road tax, Premium Location surcharge, Vehicle License Fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 28.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
A credit check is mandatory for local customers at the time of pick up.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form. For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. Renters from the following country(ies): India must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car. Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card. If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Mobile tablet, Cell phone, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Cross-border policy
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland.
Crossing country borders is allowed by previous request and for an additional charge of 42 GBP per day, with a maximum charge of 300 GBP per rental.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge of 45 GBP per rental.
Written permission from the rental company is required.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
