Pros: Very helpful person at car rental desk in Birmingham Airport. I think his name was Sanjit. Very competent and friendly.
Cons: Car was jaw droppingly expensive compared to previous years. Dropping the car back at East Midland was not great. Office was closed and not immediately apparent what we should do. It was advertised as open but nobody there.
Pros: As above the Europcar agents at Birmingham Airport were very helpful and efficient.
Cons: Car was expensive, and had extensive minor damage (all pointed out by Europcar)
Pros: It was actually Europe Car , even though I booked full insurance the lady told me I wasn’t covered and tried on a few occasions to sell me more insurance 😂😂😂😂
Cons: Didn’t want to provide me with the car I booked and tried to give me a smaller car.
Pros: They gave me a free upgrade to a superior car, and this without asking.
Cons: I still have not the final statement from Keddy. I confirmed my email address to their representative when I dropped off my vehicle at Birmingham airport.
Pros: WE COULDNT FIND THIS DESK AT THE AIRPORT...AND ONLY AFTER ASKING ANOTHER AGENT DID WE FIND OUT THEY WERE AN AGENT FOR EUROPCAR!
Cons: UNCLEAR ABOUT ALL INFO INCLUDING ALL OTHER COSTS AND FROM WHICH DESK AT THE AIRPORT TO COLLECT THE CAR...NOT FUNNY AT 10.30 AT NIGHT. WE THEN HAD TO WALK TO THE CAR PARK WHICH WAS MILES AWAY WITH ALL OUR LUGGAGE TO COLLECT SAID CAR...THE CAR PARK 4 WAS WHAT WE WERE TOLD...ONLY TO FIND THAT CAR PARK 4 WAS FOR LONG STAY PARKING...NOT RENTAL CARS...MY HUBBY AND I SPENT OVER 40 MINS TRYING TO LOCATE OUR CAR...THERE WAS NO ONE TO ASK...IT WAS NOW 11.30 DARK AND WET. I REALLY THINK A SHUTTLE BUS

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
Minimum rental age is 23 years for car group Compact, Intermediate.
Minimum rental age is 25 years for car group Luxury, Premium, Fullsize.
Minimum rental age is 28 years for car group Wagons.
Minimum rental age is 30 years for car group Cabrios, Special.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to pick up the car.
Residents of the following country(ies): Non-UK are required to present the following document(s): passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of entry/exit into/out of the country in order to pick up the car.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Ireland, Northern Ireland.

Written permission from the rental company is required.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
