The SEIYON branch is located in block D of the main terminal. Upon arrival, take the elevator to the ground floor, exit the terminal, and cross the street. The car rental depot is in the building on the right.
Drop-off instructions
As heading to the airport, please follow the signs to the car rental and bus station, typically near the departure terminals. Look for signs indicating "Kereta Sewa, E-Hailing, Bas station" or "Car Rental." After return, please drop the key at the counter.

Pros: I liked how organised and transparent the service was. Even thought we have to swap the first car that we got to a second car it was done very smoothly. The vehicle was clean and reliable, there were no hidden charges, and pick-up and drop-off were quick. The staff were courteous and helpful, which made a big difference.

Cons: Over the course of a few days, I killed more than 32 cockroaches – and that's only the ones I saw. I was forced to purchase two cans of insecticide and spend five days trying to disinfect the car. I also took several photos to document this unacceptable situation.

Pros: Great service from the representative; thorough inspection of the car, with a flashlight provided

Cons: Small things, like offering a Touch n Go card or a phone holder in the car would make a big difference. We were told that we can buy the card from a nearby gas station and then put money on it, but they weren’t actually selling the cards (and they also only accepted cash if you already had the card and only wanted to put some money on it). It would have been much easier for the car rental company to offer the card for an extra fee.

Pros: Helpful worker, and quick response times.

Cons: The car had cockroaches inside, a few occasions where the engine failed and the car could not start, the worker was examining the car for far too long when we gave it in albeit there were over 25 scratches around the car when we got it. This delayed us by around 40 minutes.

Pros: The customer service is very good and the car is well prepared i.e very clean and ready to go.

Cons: The car model, for this case is Honda City is an old model compared to newer from like of AVIS, Hertz. The tyre used in this car are not premium such as Continental, Michelin, etc but instead a less premium, thus affecting the performance ie quite noisy and a bit hard.

Cons: First of all I don’t mind old car. Car condition is not so well maintained though. 50000 km on the clock not so bad. But Wipers squeaking like crazy, should have changed long ago. not a good experience when you driving to malacca and Ipoh with heavy rains. Rear brake drum has a little bit of sound when you brake. Steering wheel is not straight, one of the front daylights wasn’t working. Rear set of tyres were old 2019 manufactured, should have been changed. Front tyres were ok 2023 manufactured.

Pros: Friendly. Good Car.

Cons: I invested a significant sum in a GPS navigation system, only to discover that it was severely outdated, with maps that were more than eight years old, rendering it ineffective. It is my firm belief that such a product should never have been released in this state, and I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for the GPS navigation system.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1740.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 65 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.


In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi, Toll device.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
