Cons: Could not get the car, the service counter was closed when I get there, I was only 1 minute late due to my flight delayed, I called the service counter many times but never get anyone answer the phone.
Cons: The staff was late to attend us. Waited almost 1 hour at the counter.
Pros: Ease of booking. Booked last minute after another car company cancelled on me but they still able to give car. Price is cheaper than other company giving the same car. They are also not very strict on the timing and allow us to take our car earlier than my booking time. Thank you for the awesome service.
Cons: Car is not tinted so it's quite hot. My suggestion is to tint the car. Tq
Pros: Car is good condition (minor scratches and dents on the external body). Interior is clean and the agent who processed my pickup was courteous and professional.
Cons: Booking site with rentalcars.com did not clearly state or allow customers to select which KLIA terminal to collect car. That caused miscommunication between Keddy and myself. Their records show my pickup was at KLIA1 but I arrived at KLIA2 and expected to pick up my car at KLIA2. There was an option to put my flight # which I did. If this information was shared with Keddy and they refer to it to confirm which terminal I will arrive at, I would not have wasted 2 hours waiting for my rental car.
Pros: The desk staff were really friendly and they provided QR map to help with the car drop off. Dropping off the car took 5 mins, really easy.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Eurocard. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
