Pros: Very friendly staff with excellent English making it very easy to pick up the car
Cons: Very difficult to find the rental desk due to lack of signs and construction. The car park is also very small making it hard to get the car in and out.

Cons: Very rude customer service lady at the desk - really trying to try to sell us extra insurance making even inaccurate claims about road assistance / beak down help. Also discouraging customers to book via third parties ducha as Discover Card… Nothing we have experienced before even with the same rental company. They also say up front the deposit block will be held for a month even if no no damage is found on the car. Quite excessive. Finally there is no one to check damages with the customer!!!!

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Customers not resident in EU countries are required to present the following document(s): International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.). If the renter is not the main driver, the following coverage is mandatory: Total Comfort Cover.
The deductible/excess amount is from 1100 EUR to 2000 EUR, depending on the car group.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, Debit cards.
If the customer wishes to use Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card, he/she will be required to purchase Total Comfort Cover.
Cash is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 4 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge of 2 EUR per day.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
For electric vehicles: the customer will receive the vehicle totally charged, and it is NOT necessary to return it with a full charge.
For vehicles not returned in an acceptable clean condition, an additional charge of 95 EUR will apply.
A damage administration fee of 50 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
An administrative fee of 40 EUR will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 40 EUR.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 360 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
