Pros: Car was available as promised
Cons: Did not get rate I ordered on line at discovery. Euro car charged 50% more than was confirmed by discovery. Euro car blamed the rate discrepency on discovery which I did not appreciate. I order a ford focus at the compact rate published by discovery and euro car changed the classification to mid sized for the same car. Then euro car charged me for an automatic when I wanted a manual shift which they do not have in their inventory. Discovery and euro car have to partner so no customer surprises

Pros: Overall pickup and condition of car very good!
Cons: Dropping the car off in Barcelona was very difficult! Thought using maps on our phone got us in the general area we could not find the drop off lot!!! We drove around for about 40 minutes, by chance we found someone who knew where the Europcar lot was and took us there. There were no signs!!!
