Pros: The representative was very polite and helpful. I thought from a company perspective we should have known that there was no onsite office and that the representative would call us when he had dealt with other customers.
Cons: The car was clearly old. It had 85.000 km on the clock. It had a sticker to say the car should be serviced at 63,000km which it probably hadn't been as on way back to airport the car died on me on a couple of occasions while on the motorway which was scary for me and my family.

Pros: Deposit has still not been returned to credit card. I was told from my credit card that it is the bank of Olympia Rent a Car that is the problem.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1500 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 400.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

A Young driver fee is not applied.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
