Pros: The staff member that served me was very friendly, professional and friendly. He was very informative about extra charges.
Cons: Learning about extra charges for driving in BC, resulting in reduced mileage.
Pros: Again ease of renting and fast service at the rental company. Great mileage on the vehicle and it was certainly clean and sanitized.
Cons: Apparently they had a major hail storm the previous week and all their cars looked like golf balls with dimples all over the surface. It did not detract from the performance of the car, but it sure was not pretty.
