Pros: Fast to confirm the car
Cons: It was a horrible experience, no car at confirmation places. I had to take taxi to pick up at 5 airpark st. Cost me extra 44NZD for Uber. The car owner said this is not their problem as we book last min but why the website gave us confirmation which I can’t get the car. There were plenty of car rentals in downtown I can choose if the website inform me there is no car to pick up at selected location.

Cons: Both cars we got were empty, both with major damges on them. And after our first car got stole we had to drive nearly on hour to get another one coz they didn't have any in the city

Pros: Accommodated the booking by at least finding a car and offered to drop me off at the hotel after return.
Cons: rental company had extremely high excess for car insurance cover ,bad choice of car, the car I chose was not available, I ended up with a defective car which stalled at intersections and as a result could not take it on long distances as planned.
