Pros: Friendly, efficient staff. Clean, tidy, reliable car. Well-priced in comparison to bigger brands
Cons: We weren't made aware that the Auckland City pick-up branch was staffed only at time specified to pick up by. We arrived early and had to wait 55 minutes for staff to turn up. However, once the staff member arrived he was courteous and efficient.

Cons: Shocking customer service at Auckland airport branch. Zero communication. We were totally ignored while they served “other customers” who arrived after us. Nearly missed our plane as we waited at the branch for 45 minutes before they finally drove us to the airport. Oh and we were told to make our own way to the airport if we didn’t want to wait for the shuttle. Being pregnant and travelling with a child I absolutely did not need that additional stress of rushing at the airport.

Cons: giving me a car that had been previously damage. It came with 10 pictures of damages on the car. That wasn't bad it was giving me a car with bad brakes. 160,000 km car should have had a better check-over performed.
Cons: I was supposed to get the car on 12:30PM but there were no representative at the counter? In the end, I was able to collect the car around 1.45PM..

Pros: I love the seamless experience of picking up and returning the car. The front desk was easily contactable. Car given to us was in excellent condition and clean.
Cons: They called me 12 hours before my booking and said I had 10 mins to fill out a booking form online or I wouldn’t get my car. On this form I had to add my credit card and they sneaked in 3 extra fees that I was unaware of. Would not recommend.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Cheques, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
When renting a diesel vehicle, you'll be charged the Road User Charges (RUC) on a per-km basis. This is not included in the rental rate.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
