Drop-off instructions
Please return the car to the Departures floor. Our staff will meet you there to collect the car. Alternatively, you may drop off the car at the KLIA T1 /T2 parking area if directed by the branch.

Pros: Great value for money
Cons: Hand over was not very good. Didn't show us around the car I had to walk around myself. No office at KA airport. Met us at the taxi rank. Seemed rushed. Didn't explain anything about the car at all or offer any advice about driving in Malaysia eg tolls etc. No detail about what to do if you breakdown or have an accident.

Pros: I like the car drop off service
Cons: Not so much MJ Adventure travel but more discover cars. As voucher said they could AMEX but in reality they couldn't. MJ Adventure tried to get it activated but still had issues to accept AMEX. Also their booking process isn't so flexible. They are after all a small family run business. Good selection of cars but don't expect them to be clean or damage free.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 555.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Delivery fee, Delivery fee.

An e-Toll device is not mandatory.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
