Pros: Car with bad condition. Aircon not cold and car full of noises from suspension and under carriage. However, they able to change to a better condition car on the same day.

Cons: There was no staff at the desk when I arrived to pick up the car and had to wait almost 30 minutes until a staff showed up! The desk wasnt hard to find but quite far to walk

Pros: The staff would be quite good.

Cons: The internal condition of the car is very bad. very dirty. no water splashing on front glass. especially no parking back signal, that easier gets cash when parking backwards.

Cons: The car provided was a very clean. However, the engine light indicator was on and was not properly serviced. The car wheels were not balanced and aligned. The car was wobbling after it reached 100 kmph. Expected a decent car for the money paid.

Pros: The picking up was definitely efficient. The front office could speak decent English as well. The car was in overall good condition and clean too. Prices were competitive.

Cons: I was charged an extra THB2,407.50 for no reason at all. I paid in local currency so I know it can't be the exchange rate. Furthermore, the instructions for dropping off the car were unclear and the customer support number could not be dialed which lead to me going rounds around the airport to find the drop-off point and spending approximately 1.5 hours driving which almost caused me to miss my flight.

Pros: Dropped off was easy at the suvandhaphum airport

Cons: It had been terrible picked up car at Amari hotel airport. I had to picked up late 2 hours sealed to many things but I understand that it is my fault but the guy who had responsibilities at the counter Europecar wasn’t there. I tried to calling about 10 times no one answered I walked around to the parking spot for Europeancar rental, no one there until I walking back and forward awhile calling cellphones as well the guy named Chalermsak or Chalermchai and he was inappropriate service!!

Pros: The drop off at the airport itself is of great convenience.

Cons: The car pick up agent desk seems a little far from the airport itself. It'll be better if all the cars are installed with the "easy pass". Then the amount used can be paid after using or charged to the card. Save the time and hassle when using the toll ways.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
