Pros: Great condition car ... shame the paperwork we didn't know we needed wasnt there!
Cons: On drop off we discovered there was no paperwork in the vehicle. We have been told we will be charged for this! We are disgusted. We do not know who's fault it is but we did not know we needed it!

Pros: At least they were very nice and polite while they were ripping us off.
Cons: We waited for over an hour waiting in line and another 30 minutes for them to bring the car. Plus 20 minutes doing the checkin.

Pros: Counter staff was friendly
Cons: Poor vehicle. Mechanically, it was fine and it got us where we needed to go comfortably enough. Everything else about the vehicle was a disaster. Poorly equipped, dents and scratches literally everywhere, windshield chipped, stained seats... ugh

All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Toll pass / E-toll device, Wi-Fi, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
