Pros: Great agents at both Marrakech and Ouarzazte. Agent in ouarzazate especially was brilliant, made it such a seamless experience and we were on our way in no time! Having said that, agent in Marraksesh also deserves great credit for being extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It took a little longer but that is inevitable, given the required paperwork etc

Pros: There was nothing to like. Terrible experience.
Cons: The woman I dealt with picking up and returning the car was an absolute nightmare. She was so so rude, kept making mean faces at me, and when I tried to tell her there was something wrong with the gas gauge in the end she called me a liar.

Pros: We had to wait for almost 1 hour and then we couldn’t pick up the car because my driving license hadn’t been 2 years yet. Ok it’s my fault not reading the condition but if you were more quickly controlling my license first we wouldn’t have lost so much time! And I wonder if you return for us the money you took when I booked (35,02e)?

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 1305.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
