Pros: Europcar / Keddy staff were very pleasant and helpful. When we returned the car, a member of car drove us to departures at Kalamata airport. Returning our rental car was easy. Overall, we were very satisfied with the car and service, we would use Keddy again, and would happily recommend Keddy to others. Indeed, our son had recommended Keddy to us as he has previously used Keddy.
Cons: We were not told that our pick-up would be meet and greet at the airport as the Europcar / Keddy concession is just outside the Kalamata airport. We should have been told to look for a person displaying the names of several rental car companies. Also, from the airport, it was a little difficult to walk to the Europcar / Keddy office and lot. We rented a Fiat Panda. For such a basic car, we thought the price for 2 weeks was a little high.

Cons: We were a bit surprised that Europcar took over and pressure sold a type of no claims protection on top of the insurance we’d bought in the uk. They were asking for 100 Euros to avoid paying a huge excess on claims, and saying even a scratch would be very expensive. We ended up paying 63 Euros, for which they took 300E off our credit card as deposit. Waiting to see now if it goes back on!

Pros: Pick up once at desk was good however they advertise as being on terminal and thst is misleading as they are not. I would not have booked with them had I known they would pick me up and transport me to their desk.
Cons: See above however thet did upgrade car at no extra cost. On return I explained to their agent that a filling station employee had put €50 in the car instead if the €15 I asked for, hence rather than returning car half full it was completely full, a very expensive error they made and we paid for! I had hoped they would recompense me but I am still waiting, they gained at least €35 from me!
