Pros: they are very nice, very helpful, they pick you up at the airport, everything goes very fast. We had problems with the cars and they changed them immediately.

Cons: The cars are old ans we had to change twice to had finally a "good" car. The firs one was ok 110.000 km, but one day it didn't start anymore. they had to take it on a platform. They brought us a second car 210.000 km that had problems with the break. We had to cange this one too! And finaly we had a manual car (we applied for an automatic one) that worked. It had difficulties with the clutch and withe the air condition but it worked.

Pros: Very efficient at pickup

Cons: The car was rather clapped out with lots of superfluous rattles. It failed to start on three occasions, requiring a push when the starter motor failed to engage at all on one of them. Agent wasn't interested when I contacted him. I managed to see out the trip but I was always nervous when going on long journeys.

Pros: Quick meet & greet service. Mr Simos contact number isn’t obtainable via a U.K. mobile phone so I had to call the main head office.

Cons: As mentioned above, the car was old, it had 166,000 km on the clock, the brakes squeezed and felt unsafe along with the suspension. Surprice need to upgrade their vehicles and it cost almost £350 for 8 days which is too expensive.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.


Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Cross-border policy
Crossing the country border or using a ferry (traveling to an island) is forbidden. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 4 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
