Pros: Nothing

Cons: The dismissive nature around what i was told was a recent 'policy change'. Anyone hiring a vehicle from an airport wouldn't think that its 'exclusively' for those arriving on flights. As a local resident to the airport I felt excluded from hiring due to not being a visitor to the city. Messed up my travelling plans and still Took my money. Bad buisness practice.

Pros: Very bad service,no one explaim me anything they give the car less then full and ask to bring it the same level which is absurd,they said that will send me the recept and th cobtract by email it did not happen,also no one explain us how to get out the parking and had to come,so someone can explaim me which is the code,no renting report for the car they said you can make photoes that is unacceptable and at the end they try make me pay the money I paid to keep the car true your website

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
The International Driving permit must be a physical one; a digital version will not be accepted.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
