Pros: fantastic customer service.

Cons: For whatever reason it took about 2 hours to be seen with only 4 people in front of me. Maybe it's because they hadn't booked anything in advance. Additionally, I don't think Jamaica's rentals should have cars that are low to the ground. There are way to many deep potholes and it will ruin the rental cars quickly.

Pros: Front office staff were great on pick up and return, appropriately prioritised returning customers to catch flight. Also staff checking the cars were great, wished I could remember his name but a very nice man. Overall, very efficient.

Cons: Overall service was great, car could have been in better condition as the Bluetooth (music) and electric key didn’t work. However, the car was practical and served it’s purpose.

Cons: The lady attendant at the counter wasn’t pleasant. She had an attitude at the beginning of the transaction. When we asked if we were going to be compensated for our inconvience she answered with an attitude of NO! Totally unacceptable.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 710.00), Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Drivers between the ages of 21 and 22 must provide a driver license that is valid for at least 3 year(s).
For vehicles in groups Standard, Premium, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: Wi-Fi, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Discover, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
